2023 Morris Ranch Pinot Noir

The 2023 Morris Ranch Pinot Noir is Sandler's first bottling from this site, although Ed has been working with Jay Morris since 2005.  Just a few miles east of the city of Petaluma, surrounded by rolling hills, Morris Ranch is a 25 year old vineyard planted to four clones of Pinot.  Ed chose Dijon clone 667 for the 2023 since it has always been one of his favorites.  This is an excellent combination of old world earthiness with some new world ripeness.  This should be at its best from late 2025 through 2035.
