2018 Lazare Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

2018 was not only an incredible year for Pinot Noir in California, but for all grape varieties, including Cabernet Sauvignon.  A large crop set in June and it slowly ripened throughout the summer and half of the fall.  We brought in 3.8 tons of Lazare Cabernet on October 25, our latest harvest in our four vintages at the vineyard. 

The '18 Lazare Cabernet Sauvignon shows off the power of the 2018 season with intense aromas of berries, mint and toasty oak.  Round tannins will allow this Cab to be approachable at a young age, but last for years in the cellar.  Enjoy this from 2020-2032.
